Yes still no announcement as of now, even I think it wont start on 3rd
Please see this. It says that the train will start on Tuesday, but no more details.
Please dont go by such news articles (most of the times these are false)
There is no official announcement and even the Rake is not yet ready, This train will take some time to start...
