Railway Budget banane wale ajeeb insaan hai.Pehle yeh train BCT 10.35 am ko pahunchti thi.Uske baad speed badake 9.55 ko pahunchane lagi BCT,ab phir 5 minute badadiye jabki travel time ghatana chahiye tha.
