now all members can update timetable of a train whose timetable has not been updated atleast once after 1 july ..

2. For Reserved Trains, which have NOT been updated since July 1, there is another link now visible to ALL users. When users click on this link, the TT is directly auto-updated in the background. There is NO dialog box brought up, and NO train attributes can be changed - ONLY the TT is updated. Clicking on the link directly updates the train, and marks the timestamp for that train. After...
