There was a change in terminology 2 months back. Previously, we used to call it "Locked". We changed it because of the negative connotations with the word - blogs are "archived" when the discussion is exhausted, not to stop further discussion. "Locked" is no longer used. If there are consistencies, please let us know.
As the volume of blog entries grows, in the next week or 2, we are going to be making many more changes that helps everyone with categorization and perusal.
