is it possible to change the engine within a scheduled stop for 2 minutes???

But i think these are not the practical timings for loco change and reversal etc.
I think engine change may happen at KOTA or it will run with a diesel loco from NZM itself.
That is called 'slack time'.
Although the train departs on the time given here,it arrives well before time from the time given here.

the loco change for all KR traing happens at BRC from electric to diesel!!
You can see that for Howrah-Lal Kuan Express, loco reversal happens in just 1 minute as per official info. But, it can't be.
