You've taken a nice snap of this train at Laksar Jn. A HWH P-4 at Laksar shows that this train along with Durgiana Exp have started running with Electric Locos on an end-to-end basis :-D
Raaj Ji must have boarded this train if it may have stopped at Sultanpur Jn on a "Technical Halt" basis just like Laksar Jn ;-)
