How will be the patronage and problems (if any) , if train runs from SC to Talguppa via Krnt, Bay, rayadurg, rrb, shimoga?

Well from SBC also there is no much difference from a doubling perspective. A normal express is something i guess should be tried out. Lot more helpful for people from SC to visit Kollur Mookambika Temple and Udupi. Will save a lot of time.
