Well, I have personally witnessed, 14207 Padmavat Exp making a run of MB-HPU in 70 Mins in Feb-2012, but this is ridiculous, coz of late Lucknow mail seems to be halting at Amroha and slowing down at other smaller halts, so this speed seems ridiculous
