if there are 3 passengers and 1 tickets got confirmed, is it possible for all 3 to board the train...

In generat WL, the top WL passengers can travel(eg:WL1,WL2), is it??
And in tatkal WL it is not possible, am I right?

in chart top WL will be there, if ur name is there , then can't we travel...
And I have booked e ticket....so auto refunding will be also there
