I am not able to access irctc site for ticket booking since last two - three days. Following message is received.
Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable
How to cancel and book tickets online.

1) Do not try accessing between 10 AM and 12 Noon as the servers are busy with tatkal race.
2) Do a google search for IRCTC and click the IRCTC link from the search result.
