MGS is loco changing spot for many diesel to electric change like Jayanagar GR.
I dont think cnb is used as loco changing spot.
Similarly, TVC Rajdhani Express avoids loco change at Panvel and goes right upto BRC and then has a loco change.
I am not sure but CNB might not be having diesel trip shed.
