if one sees the breakup of fare between 1ac/ec vs other classes in rajdhani/dur/shtb the difference in catering charges is not more than 100-200/-....yet the standards of food served varies greatly...any reasons????
it is because the fare of 1a is escalated too much. they are the elite class and many a times fare exceeds even that of flights. so they deserve extra attention, privacy and facilities
