Duronto has priority higher than Rajdhani-so definitely it will be allowed to voertake
i know that but 22103 has a arrival time before duronto at ald by 45 mins and even if it arrives jst 15-20 mins late at manikpur which is jst 100 km before ald instead of making time its delayed more to let duronto overtake which is jst not required becoz of it 22103 goes on getting delayed to nearly 3 hours
