why not this trains runs daily.
Sampark kranti to Bihar, J&K, Uttarakhand, Karnataka are running daily. UP sampark kranti is running 6 days a week.
so why WB sampark kranti is running biweekly(i am including Jalianwala bagh express also).

Not leave it from SDAH @6:20. Atleast, departure time from SDAH should be @10am. And, it can reach DLI @8am, which is a convenient time.
if the departure is at 10am from SDAH, then it will reach very late in winter at NDLS. also regularly it will be stopped around ETW for Duronto (ALD,HWH,BBS) and around ALJN for Patna Rajdhani crossing.
with early morning it will get priority in every sector.
also in winter due to fog, the recovery time will be more if the NDLS arrival time is 03:50.

Then, if it'll leave SDAH @6.20 then, it'll also run very slowly in winter in between SDAH-BWN-ASN route due to dense fog.
the fog in eastern India is not as dense as between CNB to NDLS.
Even Shaktipunj doesnt get delayed due to fog between ASN to HWH.
