Dear, 97% of its route is non electrified. more than 70% of its route is single line.MPS on this route is very low. In some sections MPS is even less than 45 KMPH. Moreover,it is used by passengers from NDLS to intermediate stations.Very less passengers are from NDLS-DBRT.They use 12424/25 which takes less time.That's why its MPS is 55 KMPH.But that doesn't mean it doesn't deserve the tag of Rajdhani.Please note that this train is fastest on this route.

and it is the most sought after train by pax travelling to NE ..even in this non-peak season have a look at its WL..infact NE requires more such kind of trains of not Rajdhani but SF like North East exp...
