what is the difference between RLGN and RLWL, How Remote Location wait list get confirmed. please clarify.
RLGN=Remote Location General Quota
RLWL=Remote Location Wait List
Confirmation depends on many factor first same quota is considered than if berth/seats are available system allots accordingly.

Sir can u please let me know, I m having RLGN #2, 3,4, 5 from VSKP for Train no. 6310, what is the probability of confirmation of the ticket, since 15 days it was non moving. The train starts from ernakulam one day before. whether confirmation will be known 1 day before or 4 hr before the departure station. Thanks
