If its a small station, the RPF's have to b alert n do their duty i.e even checking the tickets n letting the Boarding party in as fast as they can. For bigger ones, there is no issues, as the doors are opened .

This is already followed.TC closes the door in night of all the coaches and only opens when a particular passenger is boarding from a station(of that coach only) where train is arriving at night and closes the door again.
