well i need information about whom to contact for lower birth in 1st ac as travelling with a 9 month old kid from cstm to cnb. cant travel to cstm as too far from my place is there any e mail or fax request that can be made online ..plz answer asap.thanks
No such online facility available. However you can give an written application to the boarding point station master. Even though if you get upper berth co passenger will surely exchange with you as a small child is travelling with you.
