Byappannahalli was the locale of one more ADMIN-cum-Railfans Meet this evening at 4 pm. The meet took place under the OPEN SKIES at PF2 of this hallowed station, which has seen many an assemblage of admins and railfans from IRI during the past one year . The meets here have seen record congregations and today was no exception with as many as 10 participants , All this was despite the fact that it was a weekday and the scheduled start at 4 pm was inconvenient and rather participant unfriendly
The roll call of honour at the meet included 7 admins viz. Anand Nambyar, Pramodh, Tejas, Shashank, Sudershan, Vishwanath, and yours truly. Also adding lustre to the occasion were...

members M.S.Narayanan and the newly converted Bangalorean Broad Gauge of Patipukur fame . And by way of a bonus there was Pramodh's cousin , a non- member.
There were train spottings galore, eats a plenty and discussions on various matters of both IR as well as IRI. All those present enjoyed the meeting which began at 4 pm and lasted for nearly 3 hours.
Vishwanath as usual lived up to his strong belief that THE BEST WAY TO A PERSON'S HEART IS THROUGH HIS STOMACH and won everyone's goodwill with some delicious VADA-PAW. My gratitude to all those who graced the MEET with their coveted presence and turned this event into yet another GOLDEN CHAPTER in the annals of IRI meets. Last but not the least , my thanks go out to IRI in general and the moderator in particular for paving the way for such memorable and meaningful personal interactions among members.
