The Loco Pilot may have forgot the basic rule tought in Physics that High Speed should be avoided when a track/road takes a curve/bend or some brake failure etc may also have been the cause ... now like Foreign Nations even in India this trend is coming that train accidents (exclude LC Gate Collisions) take place very less but when they occur then the intensity of damage to life n property is HUGE ... may such things never happen in future :-(
