no........ only select diesel locomotives which run on Konkan railway have the ACD fixed with them permanantly......eg many WDM3a from ERS and ED sheds have ACDs permanantly fitted on to them.........in the offlink locos they are attached at Kolad, the first station on Konkan Railway
