We are regular passengers of Erode-Jolarpettai passenger train (Train No:56840) which is running from Erode to Jolarpettai via Salem, Bommidi and Morappur. From 01.07.2013, the train leaves from Erode at 6.25 a.m. There are many Government and Private employees who are working in Banks, Govt. offices, Govt. Schools, Private Schools, Govt. colleges and private colleges are traveling in this passenger train to go to office. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The train is getting delay on Monday due to Nagerkoil-Chennai express (Train No: 12690) and Vivek exp.(Train No:19567). The train is getting delay on Tuesday due to Coimbatore- Tirupaty express (Train No: 22616) and on Wednesday, the train is getting delay due to VLKN VSG EXP (Train No: 17316). Apart from the above trains, this passenger train(56840) is getting delay due to intercity express(12680)also.The Employees in this passenger train are traveling between the stations from Erode up to Dasampatty. Since the train is often getting delay, we people are going to office late and we are getting scolded by the higher authorities. Some govt. employees have received charge sheet from their higher authorities for late coming. On behalf of all employees, it is our humble request to you to change the departure time of this Erode-Jolarpettai passenger (Train No: 56840) train at 6.00 am (Now, it is 6.25a.m) from Erode. If it starts from Erode at 6.00 a.m, we people can go to duty on time and it will save our job and respect. So, we request you to kindly consider our above mentioned request and do the needful as soon as possible.
