12224 departs ERS only on Sundays n Wednesdays when TVC Rajdhani isn't running and hence the slot is free. This way it can reach LTT by 10 pm which will be convenient for all passengers....

Best option but it will be great if it converted into AC sf and run between LTT and ERS with halts of 12133(from TNA to MAJN), 12432 (from MAJN to ERS)
rather go for halts of 12201/02 all the way down to KCVL. A single rake is enough for a biweekly KCVL-LTT
AC Express is ok but timings have to be d same.... It shd however terminate at ERS only bcoz we have a biweekly GR, Biweekly SF and a daily to TVC but no dedicated train to ERS....
Only halts at TNA, PNVL, RN, MAO, MAJN, CAN, CLT, SRR and TCR will suffice....
12224 undoubtedly should run in TVC Rajdhani timings...

TVC rajdhani would definitely be made daily in few years, may be 4 days run via KTYM.
Doesnt KCVL-ERS come under the same quota in GR. I think it will be same in case of Netravathi too, and hope the same about 22113/14.
There by claiming a dedicated ERS doesnt make sense, rather making it run 2 days via KTYM (which have no daily connection, but at the same time have a lot of patronage) would get KTYM 6 days connectivity to LTT.
