Railway Board has sent a proposal after consulting with local officers, to Ministry of Railway, to transfer this station to NER from NR. If the proposal gets nod from the Ministry, BSB will entirely shift to North Eastern Railway Gorakhpur

It was mentioned that because of 2 authority of same station, they think to other authority to get the basic work done. Because of that you know the condition of the Junction. when there will be only one authority, they will treat it as there home
Thanks for clearing my confusion so Varanasi Junction Station which is partly under Northern Railways can be made to come fully under North Eastern Railways, the way it's Division the Varanasi Division is ... everything in pure NER Colors n Style. So NR influence will start from Lohta/Shiupur Stns after BSB for North India bound trains :-)
n evry one knows d condition of northern railways stations.....they r a mess...one of the worst zones of d country in cleanliness...NER has some of d most beautiful stations in india like haldwani n oll
Correct Nitish, but NER do have some very important stations but worst in terms of cleanliness & facilities i.e. Mau Jn & Azamgarh
