Jan Sampark Express.
From National capital i.e Delhi.
To the most populated District in the state.

Must have minimum stoppages like Sampark Kranti trains.
Must have Avg speed of at least 60 KMPH, for faster connectivity.
6 URs compulsory other CC might change with places..
