Where can I get details of different quotas for a particular train particularly in reference to the halts of the train. Example; 12841. similarly for other trains also.

Go to particular train and availability page,filter your Org & Des stations it will show you the quota.
You can find that under the train's homepage itself under Availability tab for different quotas. There is a drop box defining different quotas for that particular train between a given set of stations along with total seats. Moreover, the current availability under that specific quota for a particular date is also displayed for your convenience.
