Is there any ladies Coach in Chennai Vasco express ?? please reply it`s urgent. Because this train if offering General sleeper Class Ladies quota tickets.

Firstly, cancel your husband's ticket. It is not a valid ticket in the first place because if YOU don't do that the TTE will anyway declare it illegal so no point hoping against hope.
Second, a 'a-ticket-from-the-station' won't do. Strictly speaking even the W/L 23 won't do but you can negotiate if you have the latter.
Do NOT cancel the ticket that's under YOUR name. That assures you at least one confirmed seat.
