On 05/08/13 I travelled in GT exp from BPL to NDLS in SL taking ticket in current reservation counter. When I asked the man on the counter about the availability then he told me that there wasn't but He was issuing the tickets to Coolie and touts from back side by taking extra money. These coolies and touts were then approaching persons who were in need of ticket in current reservation and were giving them by taking extra money. Me and my friend complained it to Station master, who in turn informed others and esclated the matter a bit just to silence us when we told them that we will complain it to delhi headquarters. They even returned Rs200 out of RS400 extra they have taken for 2 tickets. One of the employee was even threatening us that we need to have video proof for this or else we will also...

be caught for giving money to coolie for ticket. But we didi it because we needed to have a proof for complaining. Unfortunately we couldn't take the videos. It was worst experience over there. SWR,SR,SCR,NCR,NR,ECR are far better than this. If I want to escalate the matter then where and how can I do it. I really want the culprits to be punished. Even police personnel were involved in this. We the youth can only make India corruption free by taking some aggressive steps. Please help me out with possible options. Thanks.
