Rake composition for train number 12560 Shiv Ganga Express from New Delhi to Varanasi shows 3AC to be 3 coaches. B1,B2,B3. On 7.8.2013 I was allotted a confirmed seat in B4 seat number 22. Hence one more additional 3AC as B4 is now being attached. Can some one confirm this as a temporary phase of a permanent feature.

If it was B4 then it would be a permanent coach, temporary coaches are generally marked as BE or BX...
