I had traveled from raipur to chennai on 07.08.2013, actually i booked IInd AC but after boarding in to the train i came to know the seat allotted me in third AC then i i traveled in third AC. TTR issued " certificate of permission to travel " to me to get refund amount for two tier AC to three AC. Now How i can file my TDR ? which reason i have to select in TDR file ? What the time permit for file TDR ? or any other option available and whats the time permit?

If . e- ticket , you can file TDR with in 30 days . after you select file TDR, you can get sam option for resion to TDR ( select , traveled in lower class ) .
The 30 Day TDR period has been reduced now to 3 Days from Scheduled arrival at destination...I would suggest you to apply TDR right away now.

is right. The online TDR shall be filed upto seventy two hours of actual arrival of the train at passenger.s destination and the original certificate issued by the ticket checking staff. ( only for this type of case s )
