Travelling without id proof what is procedure for refund after paying penalty to TTE..
I actually booked my ticket through e ticket , but travelled in train without id proof and tte charged penalty of 250 plus actual fare
Now to get refund of the ticket booked through e ticket , I filed tdr wat is the next procedure ...kindly help...

Thats what my point was difficult get,now they have put up big twist saying for confirmed tickets no refunds via TDR will be accepted after two hours of the actual departure of the train.
