For the first time ever, I spotted this Pure AC ICF EMU in this brand new livery. When I saw this approaching on the horizon, I was initially a bit surprised as to what this could be, but I was in for a big surprise when I saw this livery in Pune Suburban Region for the first time. A small kid on the platform too said to his mother "Aai, ti bagh navin local" (Mom, look a new local). I could only smile at the kid...

Great capture , have posted a video of this local on youtube 3-4 days ago.
Thought it to be a Siemems rake and its actually old re-painted 12 coacher rake of Mumbai local with old interiors and these coaches are informed by travellers do rattle more than other locals.

will these pantos gets replaced periodically ? sometime I see 2 much sparks coming btwn OHE / Pantos
Sparks come due to improper maintenance of the panto's, not due to OHE. Replacing a panto, tat's quite a rare case unless a shed approves it.
