double deckers are a big risk. till date 3 DD has been introduced. one is a hit. other doing moderately well and the third being not so hit. an intercity is more likely to b successful than ac dd.
4 double decker are there .. hwh dhn is a forgotten one i think .. jp - dee is hit , mas - sbc also nice..adi bct -40%

I think PUNE-ADI would be little too much distance. PUNE-CSTM any full AC train like double decker or even shatabdi will not have much takers because of phenomenal service by road (bus/shared taxi). And since they have various pickup/drop point withing the city people find it convienient.
