Now it has become that if you book one day before straight see tatkal avaliable and book. It happens sir
becaz booikngs opend just yesterday/day before so they directly book ck and other option most might have booked ck tkt to cstm after they fail to get cnf berth in other regular trains
many people go via agents and they don't have any clue of the reservation systems...this is what happens in those cases...
General quota is only from End to End !!
