Gujarat Mail - as good as Undhiyu

Cancellation charges should not be more than 10 bucks if the cancellation is due to non availability of Berths/Seats.I believe it would be even better if full amount is refunded but may be some charges have to be levied so in that case it should be as BARE MINIMUM as possible.
