Is 5 digit Train numbers not alloted for link Trains which used to have suffix 'A'? pls reply.

Yes maybe they will allot soon. Still many Passenger/ fast passenger trains are pending,
Spl trains will have "0" prefixed-not sure what they use for links
I think Link will also have 0 as prefex. I am not 100% sure. here are some of link on SWR 7301A to 07301, 6228 A to 06228, service is 02779, and Hubli-Vasco-da-gama-Hubli service 01048

No. I dont think That 0 will be prefix. Bcs its for special trains. But there are some trains which are permanent links.
