Markundi ghats is the majar reason of low mps of chunar-chopan streach, that's why all train of this route have very slow speed.

Haan wdp waste hi hota agar use hota toh, aur route par bahut important train hai jo wdp deserve karte hai par unko nahi mila
ab main samjha ki 12873/12874 ko Twin WDM se kyun haul karaya jaata hai.
yeah the sec tion in 117 kms long but trains take 3 hrs to cover . IR must think about speeding up thus section by laying new rail slippers & line in place of the exixting old type of rly slippers & lines

सोनभद्र : रिमझिम फुहारों से ट्रेनों के संचालन पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ रहा है। रेलवे स्टेशन अगोरी खास से चुर्क के बीच पड़ने वाली पहाड़ी व चढ़ाई में ट्रेनों के पहिए पटरी पर फिसल जा रहे हैं। यहीं कारण था कि चोपन से बरेली जाने वाली त्रिवेणी एक्सप्रेस मंगलवार की रात एक सवा घंटे विलंब से राबर्ट्सगंज पहुंची।
