can i book e ticket of my neighbours using my irctc log in ID ??
he wants to go hometown tomorrow urgent.

and better to put his phone number while booking so that he gets the SMS and not you..
Also when you book his ticket , while entering the details , replace your mobile number with his number so that the msg from IRCTC goes to his mobile and he need not then carry a print - out .
