Grievance Description : Sir, Already Coimbatore is facing a menace in Auto and taxi service esp in rail junctions. In order to facilitate the rail travellers from fleecing by these people , may i suggest to have a prepaid auto and prepaid taxi service counter for the benefit of Coimbatore junction.?. It could be on a trial basis, let people know this is beneficial for them too and i believe this will have a great patronage from the commuters..provided Railways to heed them professionally.. will the authorities do the needful?
