Earlier, after chennai, the train had stops at arakkonam, katpadi, jolarpettai,salem, erode, tiruppur and then coimbatore. Later on stops like trivellore, mukundarayapuram, gudiyattam, tirupattur, bomiddi has been added. Really dont know whether these stops have been added keeping in minds the need of local passengers or what?.Why are express trains being given so many stops enroute at these small stations. In any case these stations may not have much quota for long distance travel!!
