I think Matheran-Aman Lodge service is running.I saw in news that this section is running even in monsoon though not sure about that.

There's no problem between the Matheran-Aman lodge section since these stations are quite close.
The problem is betweem the Neral-Matheran section which has frequent landslides and track damages during monsoons.
