a new kind of train 'samarpan' should be introduced.it should have only sleeper coach-no general coach, no ac coach;totally dedicated to middle class people.it should connect two populated city with minimum halts.whats your take frens?

Rather Clone trains or Tatkal trains are needed the proposal for which was made sometime back however no developments yet...
