I i have booked a waiting list tatkal ticket for tommorow for lokshakti exp to ahmedabad.
I dont see any chances of confirmation
So can i cancell the tatkal ticket ?? and will i get a refund for the same??

no you cant.why did u book if u know its not going to confirm.well,well just kidding.u can pretty much cancel ur ticket n will get full refund minus clearkial charge.before cancelling make sure ur ticket is not confirmed,otherwise u get zero refund.gud luck.
