Normally, this is just an Express train, but running with a Garib Rath Tag n as IR has stamped these GR's into SF category despite what avg speed they have.
Its a harsh truth that even after running on majorly electrified trunk route and garib rath bogies,this is a slow train. Just compare the speed of 12863/64 with this train b/w kur and bangalore,and everythng will get clear.
