Is partial cancelation and modifocation possible on a PRS ticket or not possible? please help

modification is also possibble but it is challenging!! spoke to cheif reservation supervisor at MAS and he said only 2 people are authorised for the modification and they both have left for the day as today is sunday..... **had to cancel the ticket and rebooked as WL** please do not go for modification as it does not work...
