I have a WL e-ticket (Not Tatkal), will the e ticket get canceled automatically, if it does not move to RAC or CNF.

Yes, all E-Ticket gets cancel automatically if it remain in WL.
In case of fully waitlisted e-tickets, names of passengers are dropped from the chats and they are not authorised to board the train. Such passengers if board the traind are treated as pass. without ticket and charged as per extent railway rules.
