Looking at the train number, it appears that it would be run by Central Railways. Also by the look of timings, it is clear that it shares its time slot with the Ernakulam-Pune Superfast express which also runs twice a week. So its kind of sure that even after introduction, highly unlikely that either of the trains frequency would change .....since 4 days in a week there would be trains to Mumbai/Pune with the same set of timings.

Yes all trains have WL in this route. But as per criteria, WL should go above a prescribed limit according to IR then only the concerned zone's commercial department can/will recommended for running specials.
Inauguration would be somewhere in January I guess.. But surely will commence before 10th June..
Either in the month of December or First week of April. 50% chance that it may likely run in December.
