Goutam I checked arr/dep history . Avg delay at Siwan is 30 mns and KOAA is 2 hrs . So it does not score high on punctuality . Cleanliness will depend on the class of travel . AC should be OK but sleeper class may be unsatisfactory . Regarding food as there is no PC you are at the mercy of station hawkers .
