Today, I had an opportunity to visit a railway booking agent for some other work. When I entered, there were two gentleman sitting. they wanted tickets for 1st November in some Bihar bound train. I was amazed by the sight that the agent got confirmed tickets for them. How do such agents get confirmed tickets even in peak seasons??? I need opinions from experts.
