Its not in bangla its in Maithili which is well known language of North Bihar. Both devnagri and bangla script uses in Maithlli writing. In previous years Bangla script was very much uses to write Maithili literature. So, its a tribute to old tradition by written Sitamarhi in maithili using bangla script.
